Easy Smoothies that Everyone will Enjoy
When my husband and I were training for an Ironman in college together, the main way we fueled was through homemade smoothies.
WHY?!
Well- We were broke and very busy college kids. So, we would just shove as much peanut butter, banana, protein powder, and spinach as we could in a blender and drink it down as quick as possible for the most efficient nutrients to fuel our long workouts. There was also not a good local smoothie or juice place nearby, so we started honing in on our recipes to make them delicious and nutritious.
Now- 14 years later, we have created 3 children together and a booming juice and smoothie company thats been in business for over 10 years. Who knew??
Anyway- I want to share a few quick and easy smoothies you can make at home that everyone will enjoy! yes- even your kids!

Buy fresh bananas and when they got spotty, freeze them in a gallon Ziplock bag to use in your smoothies
