Below, I have carefully curated three different delicious smoothies for you to try, each one highlighting and celebrating the delightful flavors of the current season!
1 banana (frozen for a creamier texture)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk alternative)
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (or honey, for natural sweetness)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (I prefer ceylon cinnamon)
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg (plus extra for garnish)
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon rum extract
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or Vegan)
Ice cubes (as needed for desired thickness)
1 cup Cold brew coffee
½ cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips- try these vegan chocolate ships
1 tablespoon Nutella or try this healthier version
¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
